The COL supports the second amendment in its entirety.

We would support reasonable efforts to reduce gun violence in general and mass shootings in particular following study.

We recognize that life begins at conception, and a woman's inalienable right to liberty.  The role of government is to balance the conflicting rights.  We support a woman's unconditional right to choose during the first 27 weeks of pregnancy and the expansion of government funding for adoption, child care, and the prevention of unwanted pregnancies.
